Diary: Appointments

		Sets the colours used in the Diary, and other appointment options.

		Colour scheme
		There are six colours used in the diary to signify how each appointment has been made (such as Out of the office or Pencilled-in). The colours do not represent the type of appointment (such as Phonecall or Meeting) - this is shown by the icon next to the appointment. The six appointment colours represent:
		Free time
		Busy time
		Travel time
		Pencilled-in
		Doing work
		Out of the office
		Note You cannot add additional appointment colours or rename them.
		To change an appointment colour:
		Click the Palette button next to the colour
		Choose a new colour and click OK
		Default appointment type
		This dictates the type of appointment that will be selected by default when you add a new diary appointment. For example, if you are a salesperson then you will probably be scheduling meetings more than any other type of event, so you could set the default to be Meeting.
